Created and designed to provide a simple cost effective Cremations for your loved one. With Memorial Services on the rise, and many years in the industry we understand the ever changing times.
The information you provide us in this form is used to supply you with the official Death Certificate from Qld Births, Deaths and Marriages Office (BDM).
The information needs to be filled out fully and correctly to enable us to complete the paperwork without delay ensuring you receive the Death Certificate within 3-4 weeks of funeral.
If the information is incorrect and a change to the Death Certificate is required a further cost of $19.95 payable to BDM may be required.
A Funeral / Prayers Service
If you or your family decide that you would actually like to have a funeral, we are more than happy to discuss your memorial requirements. However additional fees for any service should be anticipated.
Any Viewings Outside of Our Facility
We are able to keep our costs low because we can control the charges that we incur. If you would like a viewing outside of our facility, this can be done however additional charges will apply. These charges relate to the coffin, facility hire, staff attendance etc
Viewings Outside of Normal Business Hours
Whilst we try to do everything we can to keep costs down for our families, unfortunately it does cost money to keep the facility open after hours.
A coffin other than our ‘Environmentally Friendly’ Coffin
If you would like to purchase a different coffin from what we are offering, this is possible. We are more than happy to provide you with a range of options to suit your needs. Prices vary depending on your personal choices
Oversized Coffins
Unfortunately, not everyone is going to fit into our ‘Environmentally Friendly’ coffin option. In this situation, we may need to consider a bigger, stronger cremation vessel for your deceased family member. In this event, additional costs will be incurred.
Other Cremations
In order to keep our prices low, we use a crematorium of our choosing. However, if you would like a cremation to take place at a specific Crematorium in South East Queensland, this can be arranged. Additional costs will be applicable.
Transport of Deceased (Immediate or After Hours Needs)
The transport of deceased from ‘at need’ facilities such as hospitals (without holding facilities), nursing homes, family homes etc is not included.
An additional fee will be incurred for ‘at need’ and immediate transfers.
Flowers
Flowers are not included with this package however the family are more than welcome to bring any of their own flowers to the viewing.

Gold Coast and Northern Rivers from $1090 *not including coffin and after hours transfer fee
Ipswich from $1090 *not including coffin and after hours transfer fee
Sunshine Coast from $1290 *without coffin and not after hours transfer
